How do I use this online Persian keyboard?
This virtual keyboard makes it easy to type in Persian when you don't have access to a Persian keyboard. You can click or tap the keys to add Persian characters to the text box, or type using your normal QWERTY keyboard and the corresponding Persian letters will appear. You can also use Shift to access vowel diacritics and extra punctuation. Once you've finished, simply copy your Persian text and use it wherever you need it.
What layout does this Persian keyboard use?
This keyboard uses the standard Persian layout found in Windows, mapped onto a familiar QWERTY keyboard. It is closely related to the Arabic layout but includes extra Persian letters such as پ, چ, ژ, and گ.
How do I type پ, ئ and the half-space (نیمفاصله)?
پ is on the M key, as on the standard Windows Persian layout. ئ is Shift+X, and Shift+B inserts the zero-width non-joiner (half-space) used in words such as میخواهم.
